Ponie group is an expert in children’s apparel manufacturing, our production process complies with the regulation of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and our children’s products also meet the ASTM standards.
We have deep knowledge and professional experience in how to minimize any potential product risks during the product development stages.
Our standardized product testing procedures at all our manufacturing centers of excellence are required to assure material quality, safety and consistency are complied with the brand standard and regulations.
We have a full set of safety guidelines as to how to handle the trims on children’s products to ensure all possible safety aspects have been taken into consideration.
Snap buttons are commonly found in infant products. Our pull testing is a mandatory safety measure to verify the attachment strength of the snap buttons throughout the production of the goods.
Our Metal detector machine is also a mandatory detecting process to ensure no foreign objects are found in the children’s products.
